OP Elevate is all about connecting and lifting up Outdoor Programs all over the world. So many programs operate in a siloed manner within the organization or institution that they are part of. Whether that’s at a K-12 school, a college or university, or any other type of organization the needs of an Outdoor Program are unique within most of these organizations. This can lead to feelings of isolation for staff and administrators.

Going to conferences like WRMC, AORE, WEA, AEE, etc. is amazing and provides new ideas, connections, and ways to make your program better but it’s the time between the conferences that can feel challenging.

We want this to be a place to share ideas, resources, connections, and support with your fellow Outdoor Program Staff and Administrators. We all have so many good ideas, documents that we’ve created, lesson plans, policies, procedures, assessments, etc. that we could share with one another to make everyone better.
